I have a barn for sale. It is 150 square metres. Has good pointed stonework, but holes in the roof. The oak timberwork is in good condition.
The land around it is about 400 square metres.
I have had a certificate de urbinisam refused as it has not enough land for a sceptic tank.
Mains drains have just been installed in the main Commune village which is Benest.
Plans are that it will come to this small hamlet soon.
